All sales are final. FCJ Design Inc. does not offer refunds for subscriptions, setup fees, or services once payment has been processed. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree that payments are non‑refundable.
You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Cancellation stops renewal, and your access remains active through the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds or credits for unused time, downgrades, or partial periods.
