Security

Security is a core priority for the FCJ Design Inc. CRM platform. We take a defense‑in‑depth approach to protect customer data, applying safeguards across infrastructure, application logic, and operational practices.

Data in transit is protected using industry‑standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS). We work to keep our systems patched and configured securely, and we follow least‑privilege access principles so only authorized personnel can access systems and data required to support customers.

We perform regular backups and monitor system health to ensure availability and recovery. Backup retention policies and disaster recovery processes are designed to help restore service quickly in the event of an outage.

Account security is shared responsibility. We encourage strong passwords and regularly review authentication and access patterns for unusual activity. If suspicious activity is detected, we may take protective actions such as additional verification or temporary account restrictions.
