You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You may use the service only for lawful business purposes and agree not to misuse the platform, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access data that you do not own or have permission to use.
You retain ownership of the business data you upload or create in the service. By using the platform, you grant FCJ Design Inc. a limited license to host, process, and display your data only as needed to provide the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, abuse, or activity that threatens the security or integrity of the service. The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, FCJ Design Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Subscription pricing, billing cycles, and plan features are listed on the pricing page and may be updated from time to time. All sales are final and subscriptions are non‑refundable.
